My stay here was PLEASANT. Loved this hip new hotel and its quiet ambience from the moment I entered. The staff was competent, kept everything reasonably clean and perfect. I have stayed in standard room with the garden and higher ceiling plus an extremely comfortable bed for 1 night. The garden served variety of meals for breakfast.

The triple room here is nice and spacious with a fridge, AC, and a TV with lots of channels. 📺 You can even catch a glimpse of the courtyard from your window. Plus, it's right in the heart of the old town.

Property was comfortable and attractive, I liked the stay.
Spent here 1 pleasant day and would have extended the stay. It was fairly clean with very, very nice and exceptional stuff in the breakfast room and especially at the reception desk. Also, location was great and lovely, a super close walk to Domus dei Tappeti di Pietra...

I need to complain because of noise from the people in the room next door to us. The Hotel was great in every respect excpet for this. The problem is that the hotel does not man its front desk overnight. So, when our neighbours made a lot of noise between midnight and 2.am there was no authority whom we could ask to have them sorted out. I feel that we should be given some sort of refund because this noise severely interrupted our sleep and made it difficult to enjoy the next day of our holiday because we were very tired - and we needed to drive a long distance while feeling tired.

Our room leading out into the garden was excellent and comfortable. The hotel is well situated within walking distance of everything including a few very good restaurants. The staff were pleasant and helpful. All in all a great choice for what was too brief a visit to a remarkable city. Breakfast in the garden was a great way to start the day.

The standard room had a large bathroom and everything worked well for us, the location in the garden was excellent, and it was easy to get around.

The rooms were airy and beautifully decorated with the garden and higher ceiling, for example, no reason to complain. I didn't feel like leaving and would happily return.

Friendly staff in delightful hotel with attractive reception/lounge area, garden, within easy reach of San Vitale and other sites. Our room had a balcony; ensuite facilities were excellent.
Rooms could be better sound-proofed. Noise from neighbouring room could be a problem.

In the city centre, close to the shopping area and the historical sites for a walking visit. The hotel gives a pleasant atmosphere and a nice green spot (garden) in the city centre.
Only negative aspect that the rooms on the street front side can be noisy by the possible (although limited) traffic. We stayed on a Friday to Saturday and that night the city street cleaning takes place and is quite noisy during a moment in the very early morning. Surely the rooms on the garden side are advisable and will surely offer the proper quietness.
